JOB DUTIES: Create and perform quality control activities including, but not limited to, testing process definition, requirements documentation, work flow modeling, and quality control ticket management; Implement quality assurance processes and QA tests to ensure G2Planet’s systems are delivered to customers with zero errors and/or defects; Learn client system requirements and create and develop testing plans for tier 1 implementations; Document testing processes to ensure replicability and compliance with standards; Document software defects or problems and identify and analyze any bugs or errors; Report defects or usability issues to software developers; Monitor bug resolution efforts and document results; Implement testing and quality assurance plans for solutions to be delivered and operated; Develop the process of repeatable test scenarios to allow for others to be able to assist in the testing processes developed; Research and recommend an automated testing tool, and administer it post-purchase; Introduce new quality assurance ideas, tactics, and tools to the Client Services team.
REQUIREMENTS: Position requires bachelor’s degree in Computer information technology or closely-related field.
