Event Strategy - EventCENTRAL™

EventCENTRAL™ is an internal facing, hosted, back-office information management and decision support system used by corporations to manage their event management operations and activities.  The platform is comprised of modular applications for event strategy and planning, along with integrated applications for departmental oversight of various event management functions.

Information produced by the Intelligence & Strategy modules allow for a company to not only better research and decide on which events to attend or produce, but how to maximize their involvement.  They also allow a company to better analyze an event after it is completed with an eye towards assessing the event’s value contribution to the company’s business objectives and future event participation consideration.

Program Management modules use event profile and planning data from the Intelligence & Strategy modules, and allow a company to improve their operational management of business functions across their spectrum of event engagements.
