To improve efficiencies with managing exhibitors, G2Planet offers event producers an exhibitor portal tool for an exhibitor to log-on and use to purchase floor space, review sponsorship packages, complete exhibitor forms and order booth amenities. Similar to the Personal Agenda Builder tool, the Exhibitor Portal tool can be implemented more comprehensively using an exhibitor micro-web site approach whereby each exhibitor is provided their own web site for the event (or year round depending on the community being built by the event producer). At their micro-site an exhibitor can modify booth orders, check the status of payments, review message sent to them by the event producer, analyze their lead capture reports, access their lead data and more.
