To improve attendee-to-attendee networking, the Friend Finder application allows an attendee to view fellow attendees based on a desirable profile (industry, geography, job function, interests, etc.). The profile information used to search for fellow attendees is gathered during the registration process, however attendees can decide to opt-in or opt-out of the Friend Finder application. After an attendee of interest is identified, a message can be generated and sent to the person as an introduction requesting a call or meeting.
Conversations on the exhibit hall floor are frequently interrupted and you may have difficulty finding the correct people. The Meeting Manager application allows attendees and exhibitors to schedule face-to-face meetings at convenient times and locations.
