Pre-Event and Onsite Event Registration System

The EMAX registration module is a high quality, comprehensive pre-event and onsite event registration system that is fully customizable and scalable to the exact needs of the event organizer.  The registration system can be implemented to process an unlimited number of registrants, attributes per registrant and registration types (e.g. attendee, exhibitor, supplier, competitor, distributor, systems integrator, employee, event staff, etc.) with differing registration processes or “rules” per category (e.g. payment processing, conducting surveys, agenda tracks, sending confirmation notifications, etc.).

The registration system is 100% web based, but can also be implemented onsite via a dedicated server and local area network using landline connectivity or 802.11b.  G2Planet will also provide professional services to integrate the registration system to a customer’s existing databases or IT system, based on outlined requirements.

The registration system, and its underlying database architecture, can be implemented in unlimited parent-child relationships.  As such, a sub-registration system can exist within a larger registration system.  This is applicable for controlling registration for break-out sessions, labs, user conferences and other gatherings as part of (or independent of) an attendee’s registration to the larger conference
