G2Planet’s badge production system can be implemented so that it is fully integrated into G2Planet’s event registration system or as a stand-alone module integrated into a third party registration system. The system has the flexibility to produce many different types of attendee badges per the customer’s requirements (paper or plastic, with or without photos, contact or contactless RFID smartcards, hi-coercivity magnetic stripes, or barcodes). Additionally, the system can be configured to create multiple categories of badge types tailored to the various categories of registration (attendee, exhibitor, speaker, employee, staff, et al).
During the registration process via the web, event registrants are shown exactly how their badge will look, with the attendee’s name and company name displayed on the face of the badge. This step allows the registrant to make necessary changes to the badge before completing the registration process. This check allows for less badge re-prints onsite, thus reducing waste
