Citrix needed help gaining deeper insights into the profiles of their customers on site at their annual Synergy Conference while improving overall attendee experience. They also wanted to offer sponsors and exhibitors more value for their investments in the event.

At their personalized MyEvent microsites attendees planned their schedules, networked with fellow attendees, and provided survey feedback. As a result, attendees had a more efficient and personalized event experience with increased networking opportunities and easy to use access to information. Citrix was able to stay more connected and have real-time event data at their fingertips. The RFID name badge scanning as well as lead tracking and reporting helped to deliver more value to sponsors and exhibitors.
